Vivian McAnally, President and Membership Chair, has been a member of the CTA since she first moved to Coronado with her family 10 years ago. When not on the tennis courts, she enjoys reading, taking long walks around the island and college football (Go FSU!).

Bob Herrmann, Coronado Tennis Association board member

Bob Herrmann, Treasurer, has been a member of the Coronado Tennis Association for 15 years. He is a retired U.S. Navy dentist with plenty of time for tennis, and he claims that his backhand is the worst on the island. Bob and his wife, Carren, enjoy golden retrievers, antiques, good wine and travel.

  Chris Toogood

Chris Toogood, Coronado Tennis Associaiton
Chris Toogood started playing tennis in his mid 40’s and now plays 3-4 times a week around Coronado. He says the Coronado Tennis Association is the best deal in tennis and really connects him to other tennis players. Chris and his wife Kate are local Realtors and enjoy sailing, biking, skiing and traveling. Chris also is an active member of the Coronado Yacht Club and a he is a commissioner on the Coronado Parks and Recreation board.

 

Greg Burnham

Greg Burnham, Coronado Tennis Association board member
Greg Burnham has been a member of CTA for the past 10 years. He and his wife, Julie, are in the real estate business, and in their free time, they enjoy traveling, boating, golf and tennis. Greg has one daughter, Jessica, and two grandchildren, Jayda and Beau, who live in Australia.

Mary Anne McCauley

Mary Ann McCauley, Coronado Tennis Association

Mary Ann McCauley is a native Californian and has played tennis since she was in high school and still plays four times a week. She has been a member of CTA for 29 years. Mary Ann is also on two other non profits boards: San Diego Wounded Warrior Tennis program and ARCS Scholarship Foundation. She was a Navy wife for 35 years and has moved 26 times with her husband and three children. They now have nine grandchildren. Everyone in the family plays tennis together when they visit Coronado. Mary Ann’s hobbies are sailing, skiing, swimming and biking around Coronado.
